First Baptism Marks God's Work in Montreal

The Maranatha Christian Churches of Ottawa and Montreal held a special baptism service in the Canadian capital on August 24, 2024. The brethren were filled with joy as they witnessed the first baptism resulting from the work in Montreal, Quebec.

Pastor Renato Hott pointed out that the Lord's work in the region has been truly wonderful. "The baptized brethren were strengthened in their faith by witnessing the fulfillment of spiritual gifts," he said.

On that day, many visitors marveled at the transformation that living a new life in Christ brings. The spiritual feast continued with a live broadcast from Brazil, concluding with a Supper with the Lord.
